Mark Ouellette
Vice President, Workforce Innovations
Mark is a workforce innovations expert with more than 20 years of experience designing and improving training programs for vulnerable and under-supported populations.
Mark leads the creation and expansion of the California Advanced Lighting Controls Training Program. This effort received an industry-recognized competency-based credential that is backed by electrical utility incentives in five states and all of Canada. Currently, Mark leads a $10.8 million project to increase cybersecurity registered apprenticeship programs. He has held several roles in government, the nonprofit sector, foundations, and in the classroom as a high school and middle school teacher.
